At Health Elf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

1. Returns for Change of Mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty (see below).

2. Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@healthelf.co.uk with details of the issue and any relevant photos. Once we confirm the fault, we will:

  • Offer a full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Replace the faulty product, depending on your preference and stock availability.

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

3. How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@healthelf.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Return the Product: Send the product back to us in its original condition and packaging (if applicable) within the specified time frame.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards or downloadable content.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
